Not any dictionary, the very serious Oxford Dictionary. This is official, we exist as a real thing.
fandom (n.): the fans of a particular person, team, series, etc., regarded collectively as a community or subculture.

Also Person of Interest.
Took me a little over 4, maybe 5 days, to watch the entire season 3. And that was because I had to work/see friends for the last time/start packing. But hey that's not my fault if "all the big end-of-season heavy stuff" happens by episode 8!
Also, I realized how good they had it on White Collar taking the summer period for filming... Remember that terrible winter earlier this year? Well, there's a LOT of snow this season on PoI and poor Jim had to wear a woolly hat to cover his ears all the time...
I also noticed how different New York looks in comparison with White Collar. Well, unless they're robbing the same bank (The one from Withdrawal).

By the way, I'm glad I was a season late on PoI becauseI don't think I could have taken any more deaths after Siegel and Will Garner (The Good Wife). What is it with those shows doing the same things all the time. Last year it was everyone going to jail (including John by the way, not that I was really worried for that Suit.), now it's everyone dying!
Damn that freaking episode, they almost made me cry. For characters I used not to really care about in the first place.
Also, I really didn't see it coming. Double didn't. Because I didn't see Reese/Carter coming, and even worse, I didn't see her getting killed, particularly so soon after!!  /o\
Given the circomstance, John got back on his feet reasonably quickly. But that poor guy, really. The first time he lets his guard down and opens his heart for another woman after the-blond-I-don't-remember-her-name-but-she's-El's-best-friend. I have to admit Jim Caviezel does the sad-puppy-who-needs-a-hug face very well.

Now that I'm done with season 3, I felt that I needed to catch on the episodes I missed from earlier seasons. And also rewatch some even if I had seen them already. Basically I have to rewatch seasons 1 and 2.
I think I'm addicted. Which is the biggest danger of binge-watching (another word that made it into the Oxford dictionary!). You get hooked and when you're done, you want more.

To be honest, as much as I love it, and as well-written as the show is, I really don't know where this is going. It seems like they dropped the principle of the "case of the week" even quicker than White Collar... Is that a new trend in TV shows? Are procedurals dead?
I do like when shows are evolving, but I still feel like this is going a little too fast. Also, I'm not a big fan of the idea that the Machine is a living entity. Like it's almost human and we have to respect and free her. That wasn't the initial idea. And it's still just a machine. All this stuff about creating gods, that's not really my cup of tea. So, I don't know where they're going with that Samaritan idea, but I do hope they won't be going too far into the crazy stuff. I like it better when it remains realistic and believable regarding today's technologies.
