This entry is supposed to be for friday, my appologize if it appears sooner, I forgot to postpone the date and apparently now it's still appearing even though the date IS now set in the future.
7. Something you're just really proud of
Fanfic
Just the fact that I became an active writer, and that people seems to appreciate my work is quite an accomplishment to me, and I'm proud of that.
And one of my proudest moment was realizing I wrote my first Big Bang (not an official BB, but long enough to qualify). It's just over +10 000 words, and that is quite an accomplishment (![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
elrhiarhodan don't laugh, we all have our challenges...). It's Hell and High Water. I'm also quite proud of it because it's a complete story, with a beginning, a middle and an end, also structured in 5 neat chapters. It's probably nothing special in the sea of fanfictions, but that's one of my first full stories (as opposed to one shots or episode tags). It's my first H/C too. And even though the whumpee is Peter, the whole idea of the story started because I wanted to explore Neal's reactions to a life-threatening situation for Peter, having the face the risk to lose his friend and having to be the one in charge for the two of them for once.
Another one I'm quite proud of is Where the Pieces Fall. I did manage not to throw Peter in prison, but the ideas I explore are, I think, quite close to the core questions of season 5. Well, okay, except for the Hagen part, but still.

One of the things I'm quite proud of is managing to recreate Peter's rookie card from 2 separate distorted screencaps.
It doesn't look like it, but it asked me some serious patience. And thinking.

It would probably look neater redone from the 1080p caps, but I don't feel like it...

I'm not sure there's really one I'm really more proud of than the others. But I really like My Sweet Honey Bee. It's a Peter/El vid, using clips from S1 to S3 and including (that was the challenge) ALL the kisses in said seasons. And despite El's absence part of season 2, that's quite a lot of smooch!
Volume 2 should arrive after season 6. :-)
