This series was one of many spin-offs of the original L&O, and it had a really serious cast. I don't know why it didn't last. And not only the regulars are highly praised actors, but the guest-stars are also of solid reputation.
Tim plays here Don Alvin, whose family has been mudered while he was tied up in the bathroom. This is raw and heartbreaking.
Oh and he definitely looks sexy in those glasses. ;) (Yes, I can cry and be shallow at the same time)
