8. How would you describe your style?

I would say... Direct, concise and to the point. So, sure, in fanfic it does come partly from a lack of English vocabulary, but beyond that, this is true for everything I write. Be it an essay for school when I was younger, a scientific paper for work, or fanfics. Apparently my brain is better at synthesizing than detailing.

It's also that I like things simple and neat. So anything I do, fic, arts, vids, I use very little unnecessary "effects".

11. What's the angstiest idea you've ever come up with?

There's quite a few angsty things I've written actually. Lots of finale/post-finale angst for White Collar. As Tears Go By (http://aragarna.livejournal.com/115100.html) is one of them. And there's my infamous The Beat that my Heart Skipped (http://aragarna.livejournal.com/113671.html), which was my one and only attempt at "presumed dead" fic, where Peter thinks Neal is dead, for about 15, 30 minutes? Which I wrote right *before* the finale of the show. /o\ So not so angsty after all...

But I think the angstiest is my lastest story, The Man Was a Hero (http://aragarna.livejournal.com/194340.html) from Person of Interest, because that one is an actual death fic. Which I had never written before and usually avoid even reading. This time, there's zero comfort, and zero way out*. I was actually writing a character that was dead, and not just "the others think he's dead" like for Neal.
I was feeling like I was actually killing John (even though the show did it, not me) and that was painful. I actually originally started the fic before the final shootout, but it felt odd to stop it there, so I braced myself, found an interesting angle and went through.

*(well, that is, until I succumb to fans asking me to write a rescue fic...)

14. Is there a fic you wish someone else would write (or finish) for you?

Well, I don't really like giving away my own fic ideas. I do have an idea that is driving me crazy because, it's all plotty and has to be epic, and that could be awesome, but my WC muse is ... flickering a bit... So, I don't feel the juice to tackle such a fic. But I can't make myself give the idea away for someone else to write either. I'm still hanging to the hope I'll manage to write it some day. I've even solved the tricky plot point that had been bothering me for so long, but it's still all only in my head... (and 300 words on the page...)

2. Any of your stories inspired by personal experience?

Yes! Anything about Peter's awkwardness around baby Neal is inspired by my own awkwardness. It's not that I don't like babies, cause I do like them, I just don't know how to behave/interact with them, because they're... weird, LOL
And my BFF had a baby shortly before the end of WC, so They don't Teach it at Quantico (http://aragarna.livejournal.com/123757.html) is directly inspired by my own experience there. ;)

17. Do you have any discarded scenes/storylines/projects?

ahaha yes! That one project we once started talking about, Peter being accused of being a dirty cop and Neal not buying it and coming to the rescue... Well, it's in stand-by for now, while my muse is venturing in another fandom. I'm sure it'll come back at some point. But my brain is really not into epic fics right now. I refuse to say it's definitely abandoned. Just... on pause... ;)

12. What's the weirdest AU you've ever come up with?

This has to be the Who's The Princess Now? (http://aragarna.livejournal.com/36170.html) and Even Heroes Need To Rest (http://aragarna.livejournal.com/100606.html) series. LOL Characters being aware of being fictional characters, crack and meta, that's as weird as they get. :)

There was a time I had an idea for a third installment but I've forgotten this idea /o\

19. Any fandom tropes you can't resist?

Took me some deep thinking to find that one. I don't tend to think in term of tropes I think.
I think my favorite trope is something like "take a bullet for each other", literally or metaphorically. But not for the whump part of it. The less details about that, the better. It's all about characters realizing how much they care for each other and can't live without one another and they get all angsty and full of feelings about it.

Also I'm a sucker for any fluff little stories, whether you consider that a trope or not.

6. Care to share a favorite hurt/comfort fic?

Of mine? It's so hard to choose! I like all my babies. They're not all as good, but they reflect my evolution as a writer, and as a viewer, too.
So, let's see, maybe what I think are my best h/c stories.
For a short one-shot, I'd go with Being There (http://aragarna.livejournal.com/96387.html)
Otherwise, I'm also very proud of my 2 long h/c:
Miles To Go Before I Sleep (http://aragarna.livejournal.com/97357.html) (post S5, kidnapped Neal)
Hell and High Water (http://aragarna.livejournal.com/28831.html) (hypothermic Peter, heroic Neal)

9. Do you have a guilty pleasure in fic (reading or writing)?

Well, nothing to feel really guilty about, but the equivalent of "chocolate & raspberry" in fic would be the cute little fluff fics with a family feel.

13. Got any premises on the back burner that you'd care to share?

I've mentioned above an epic idea I have where it appears Peter is a corrupt cop. For White Collar that's the only solid story I have for now.
I am also nurturing a few POI ideas... There's how Fusco was rescued from the tunnel, a little fic about Fusco post finale, another where John survived, oh and I'm also vaguely considering a story about John during the time he was a homeless guy.
