The Last Tycoon pilot

I had been waiting a long time for finally something with Matt that I could watch and appreciate. And that pilot looked pretty damn good. It sure has quite some potential for a full season, and Matt is awesome. Plus, he definitely rocks the 40's suits.

My only reservation would be regarding the likely messy love triangle/rectangle whatever. I do hope it's not going to turn into a soap, because it has much more to offer than that.

But the historical aspect was really interesting. I had no idea about the pressure the Reich put on Hollywood at that time. Their reach was scarily amazing. It made me wonder how Chaplin managed to make his Great Dictator.

Anyway, fingers crossed for a full season order!

I don't know how to capture Amazon videos, but hopefully others will. I know I eventually managed to find The Man in the High Castle pilot, even though it took some time.

Or, you can just come and visit me. ;) (Or a friend in Germany, I've heard it's available there)

I will be happy to come for a visit but I have veeery unclear work situation at the moment so let's wait till that is cleared. And I got the whole man I  the high castle so it's just a matter of time :)
