Stuck in the lab and frustrated that this stupid computer issue made me waste THREE hours of my time today, meaning that what was supposed to be a "short" 9 hour shift is now going to be a full 12 hours.

So, please, keep me entertained, ask me anything. About anything.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?

oh there are so many places I'd like to visit!
Island is one of my dreams. I'd also love to visit more of Eastern Europe (Poland, Hungary...)
But honestly, anywhere. I just love to travel and discover the world. Both for the beauty of landscapes and cities.

In the US, as soon as I can get some vacations, I'd particularly like to go visit Yellowstone. And Boston. And also all the great places that I don't know about but I'm sure are fantastic.

Oh, and of course, there's Vancouver where they're filming Second Chance. Though that'd be more to see Tim than anything. ;)

What animal would you like as a pet, should you want/be able to have one?

Also, *mega hugs* Computers are great, except when they're not!

hmmm good question... I'm not much of a pet person, and my life doesn't really allow for a pet. I travel quite often, work all day and unpredictable hours, and I live in an apartment.
Well, I guess if I had a fish it wouldn't matter that much but I prefer interactive pets, like dogs or cats.
If I was sure to be able to afford a decent life to my pet (being home often, and having a garden), I'd probably go for a dog. A big enough one. Husky maybe, something like that. Or a lab, and I would name it Satchmo. ;)

(obviously, if it was allowed, I'd get a red panda ;) )

And thanks for the hugs! Boy that was so frustrating! And it took them sooo long to figure it out and it was so simple...

Ah yes, of course you'd have a red panda if you were allowed!! Like me and cheetahs, lol!

In the real world, a dog is great! I love border collies, though they'd need a lot of exercise and mental stimulation, so probably a more lazy dog, like a grey hound, would be better for me!!

If I wasn't married to a non-pet person and was well enough to look after a pet, I'd definitely have a rabbit, or few!! Aas well as a dog and a cat! Oh, and maybe some budgies... and rats... Chickens are good company too, I've heard!!

Hmm, I'd probably be one of those people with a menagerie, now that I think of it, lol!! :D :D

LOL quite a menagerie indeed!

The good thing with chicken is that you'd get eggs for breakfast. :)
Makes me think of Tiffani and Tim's conversation about Harper who hasn't yet made the connection between "chickens" their pets and "chicken" in the plate...

Chickens are funny. We have two ladies walking in our backyard. Theer is nothing more delcious that a nice fresh egg on Sunday morning.
They also have a language, you can here them communicate with eachother and they are Always trying to get inside the kitchen to get to the cat's kibble...

My friend had chickens until recently and they were certainly characters! She had one that she'd raised from a chick, and it was always trying to perch on her shoulder - even when it was a bit too heavy for my friend's comfort!!

And they certainly knew how to boss the cats around, lol!! :D

Well... It actually turned into a 13 hour shift because something else happened at 6 pm...
And if all goes well, today will be 12h. And tomorrow 7h... Oh joys...

(Feel free to ask me something to keep me busy...)

What will be your next story?

a little Fatherhood Chronicle that I'll be posting for the Advent. (Even though it's all fluff and no h/c)

And I'm currently working on a short Mozzie fic.

I have a few more ideas for the Fatherhood Chronicles, but I need to find a new big idea.

If you need a h/c: Peter and little Neal are in a car accident, it doesn't have to be serious, but a fender bender. bUt it is the first time Neal is in an accident and he is scared. Peter goed in agent mode but then realizes his son needs him.

Oh no I don't need h/c. I like my fluffy Advent fic the way it is :)

But I do like your idea of Peter having to balance being an Agent and being a dad when something happens in front/with Little Neal. I'll need to think of a good setting for this.

OK, what about a sleep over in the living room. There is a game or movie (star wars) that Peter wants to see with his son. El is not home and they decide to take a matress down in the living room and to have a camping in front of the TV...

Ah my computer crashed last week, erasing a good bit of data with it. Computer troubles suck.
What are your hobbies?.
If you are looking for some more ideas for your father chronicles
- Neal Burke first b'day
- Neal Burke 'looks' after daddy after Peter gets hurt.

aww sorry about your computer. That really sucks to lose data.

Actually I'm not really looking for more Fatherhood ideas (yet) I'm more looking for other kinds of fics, longer fics.

My hobbies? I go to the movies, I also watch some TV shows. All the fandom stuff has also consumed a lot of my free time in the recent years. Making arts, writing fics, and taking care of the Team DeKay website. I also like to read, though I surely don't take enough time for it. And I love to travel. Oh and taking photographs. I don't know if I'm any good at it, but I like to try and capture the pretty things around me.
And I have to admit I've given up on sports a while ago now...

Do you have any flavour related nitpicks? I, for instance, appreciate sour, salty, bitter and umami in any combination, but under no circumstances is sweet to be combined with any of them.

If you don't... what is your ideal sofa like? Details are your friends C:

Oh interesting question. I don't really have combination nitpicks, it's more that there are specific things that I don't like and that can be annoying. Like I don't like cinnamon and it's driving crazy that for instance, people can't make an apple pie without adding cinnamon. I also don't like coconut and for some reason, they're adding it in certain cereal mixes and if there is the slightest trace of coconut I spot it immediatly.
I also don't like melon, which apparently people can't understand...

Oh I do have a tiny nitpick. I don't like having a meal that doesn't end with something sweet, be it a fruit, yogurt or any sort of dessert. Most of the time I have a fruit.

Sofa? Hmmm well, very comfortable. Large enough that I can lay down sometimes to watch TV. Also it's better if it somehow can sustain my lower back when I'm sitting.
