It is. It's pretty obvious about Neal, the evil shrink actually did mention that (she was more right about Neal than he/we want to admit).

And if you try to see this in yourself, that makes you rethink twice about certain situations. Am I seeing reading the situation objectively? Am I focusing only on the negative because I felt that way at some point and now I need evidence that corroborates how I feel?
