angelita26. Let's keep the good times rolling. Ask me anything about White Collar - my headcanons for characters, what interests me about a character, future story thoughts, about writing AUs with the characters, anything related to WC...
Ask me anything about White Collar.
(Yes, I have still a few previous questions to answer, and well, I'm actually busy. But I really can't pass an opportunity to talk about White Collar, can I?)

Date: 2015-08-21 01:53 am (UTC)Otherwise my idea of Peter's childhood comes mostly from the glimpses we had in canon, so it's more canon than head-canon.
He had a fairly good childhood. A great, stable family. Parents that loved him and encouraged him. It's also probably from his parents that he got his sense of ethics. They didn't have much money, but not to the point that Peter was lacking of anything crucial.
(Basically Peter's childhood is the opposite of Neal's)
Very early on, Peter got this sense of justice, looking after those who weren't as strong as him, fighting the bullies. That got him in trouble a couple times, but he knew he did the right thing.
He was a good kid, and didn't really go through a troubled teenage phase. He was definitely a nerd (loving maths, sciences) but was also very good at sports, which gained him some respect and popularity.
So basically, Peter had a good and balanced childhood, which is what made him the solid guy he is today. And for that, he'll be eternally grateful to his parents.
And that's why he's so determined to give Neal that chance to have a family too.

Date: 2015-08-24 08:39 pm (UTC)They might move to a slightly bigger house, with a bigger garden.
Neal Caffrey will be back in NY by then. And he and Mozzie would remain close to the Burke. Neal will find a legitimate job, most likely in art. He might occasionally talk cases with Peter, but won't be an official consultant for the FBI.
Mozzie will still be Mozzie. But he won't do anything too crazy that could endanger Neal, and by repercussion, Little Neal. His family, and in particular Little Neal, is the most sacred thing he has, and he wouldn't endangered anyone.
Neal and Sara will slowly rekindle. It'll take some time for Sara to forgive Neal, but he'll convince her (maybe with the help of matchmaker Peter Burke) that she can trust him.
Because I'd rather have Neal in NY, Sara will move back to NY. There'll be an opening at Sterling Bosch and she'll take the job. And Neal and Sara will eventually get married for real.
Jones will still be a successful team leader, and by then, Diana will probably be a supervising agent herself too, in DC. Diana will be married and Theo will be a happy kid with 2 moms.
Diana and the Burkes will commute every now and then so that Little Neal and Theo will see each other regularly.
Even though Neal doesn't live there anymore, The Burkes, Neal and Mozzie would still visit June every once in a while.
All this sounds terribly cheesy, and not really original. But that's how I want it.

Date: 2015-08-24 08:43 pm (UTC)Elizabeth, Diana, Sara.
If really I have to pick only one, I'll go with Diana. Badass, snarky, still feminine and, like all others, standing her own ground.

Date: 2015-08-24 08:47 pm (UTC)It's just not possible to describe them with only one. If I pick only one, I'll be missing some important aspects of them.
Peter: Rightful, loyal, caring, protective, smart, romantic.
Neal: impulsive, loyal, gifted, resourceful, smart, arrogant.
Something like that.
