Give me a number between 1 and 66, or name a fic, and I'll tell you 3 things about it.
My masterlist can be found here. I've recently re-organized it according to the chronology of the show, but to keep it simple let' say it's 1 to 50 from top-left to bottom-right. And 51 to 66 are for the Fatherhood Chronicles, if you want something about those. Simply give me a random number (between 1 and 66) or just specify the fic you want and don't want to bother counting. ;)

Date: 2015-08-13 05:01 pm (UTC)#42 is I was Looking At the Ceiling and Then I Saw the Sky (http://aragarna.livejournal.com/44138.html).
1- It's one of my rather rare classic H/C, and 4500 words of it!
2- I like the idea of Neal hearing Peter in his head. The reader understanding (hopefully?) what is going on, while Neal is misreading the reason of Peter's anger.
3- Peter going all rogue and rescuing Neal even though that was a stupid thing to do.

Date: 2015-08-13 06:31 pm (UTC)1- Being a companion piece to It's Hard to Explain, I'm glad I found lyrics from the same song (Nightcall by Kavinsky) that was so perfectly fitting for that second piece.
2- Rather proud that I managed to get into Neal's head, and being fair to him, even though I have some reservation about his behaviour in that scene...
3- Love the last lines: "Now, Peter doesn’t want to chase Neal anymore. He doesn’t want to know his friend is a criminal. I can’t risk you going back, he said. You’re part of that family.
Neal will just have to be very careful not to be caught, then."

Date: 2015-08-13 06:55 pm (UTC)1- It's a Carnivale - White Collar crossover! And it's totally believable that Jonesy (Tim's character in Carnivale) would be Peter's grandfather. And it was fun to explore why, and how Jonesy's story would impact Peter.
2- It's just cheesy enough for a Christmas story.
3- What's not to love in Peter and Neal sharing family feels?
