I had quite a busy week-end! I'm almost grateful we had no White Collar this week, because it allowed me focus on other stuffs.
- I made new bans for the Gabriel Byrne website. They should be integrated to the new design for the new year.

Also siggy bans for the Byrneholics forum, because even though I'm still visiting daily, still the very Smooth Moderator and still very much into Gabriel, my creative muse has been neglecting it for too long. You know, before my whole geeky live got totally consumed by White Collar, I had 3 vid projects (Stigmata/End of Days, In Treatment, and Into The West) that never saw the light day...
- I made a few Peter/El bans for the TDK forum (or any forum you want).
- I finally made 2 more arts for the RBB. \o/ Pretty happy with those! So, I have three in total, which should be enough. Though I also did a fun Peter/El art, that could be used as a prompt for the RBB... Keeping it under wrap until I make my mind. You know, I've realised how difficult it is to work that way. Make the art first. Because I keep wondering if there will be writers to like my ideas...
- I watched the last episode of NCIS LA, and I'm not sure I like what they're doing with Kensi and Deeks. I've always enjoyed their banter. There's always been something totally innocent in the way they flirt. Like teenagers talking about sex without seriously considering it a possibility. But now that they're getting serious, it sounds all of a sudden WTF. There was that kiss in last season's finale, then Deeks's back off because he was tortured (?!) and now, Kensi, mad at Deeks because he cared too much about her and didn't take a shot that could have harmed her? Seriously, guys? And then, Hetty, the voice of Management, sending Kensi away?! /o\
- I've watched the entire first season of Orphan Black. And speaking of WTF.... Their whole "fingerprints" storyline... Everyone knows that real twins don't have identical fingerprints. Fingerprints are not determined solely by DNA. Clones or twins, no reason to have identical fingerprints. Even if there are similarities, no way that the fingerprint's database will take a clone for another. Doh. Writers, Google is your friend, as they say. *rolls eyes*
The only interesting thing in that series is the lead actress playing very different characters, to the point that they really seem different people. Eveything else is just blah. And don't get me started on that neo-evolution sect with tails.
- Much more entertaining, last night was Catch Me If You Can on French TV. :-D I had seen it a couple time before, but that's the first time I watched it through my White Collar spectra. No need to draw you all the parallels, right? I think Neal needs to meet Frank Abagnale. For sooo many reasons. Also, Neal needs to be a pilot. And it is now my own head-canon that post-anklet Neal will work for Abagnale's company.
Funny fact: It's the Suit who was wearing the hat in that version ;-)
All in all, a satisfactory weekend. :-)
