Photo Meme - Day nine: black

This one was a tough choice because I have quite a few black tshirts. I didn't want to spam you all, so I picked 2.


First, my spoiler t-shirt. Which, well, contains legendary spoilers... ;) The most recent is from 2008, so I guess it's safe enough, but I put it under a spoiler cut, so that you'll only get spoiled if you want to. Can you identify them all?

And the second pick is a very useful one for when I go to NY. *g*

The Rules:
Each day, take a photo that fits the colour theme and then post that photo. Yes, it has to be taken on the day you're sharing it, no earlier! You may share more than one photo per day, but try not to spam your friends with an excessive numbers of them!

Day 1 - Purple
Day 2 - Green
Day 3 - Red
Day 4 - Blue

Oh, love them both!! Though the only problem with that last one is all the other tourists coming up to you, trying to work out which line they need to take! That must be disconcerting, lol! :D :D

I love both of those!! I think I got all of them on the first one (I haven't seen them all, but know enough to know what they're referencing, at least) -- I love putting them all together like that!!

And LOL the second one is awesome, too, but yes, I could imagine that it doesn't work very well for the person wearing it! LOL!!

Yes, some of those spoilers are so famous that you don't need to have seen the film to know them. :) But I was still very pleased that I had seen a majority of them.!

Hee! Yes, totally! I've seen a lot of them, too, but not all of them -- or at least, not all of each film from start to finish. I've seen a lot of parts of those films! LOL!!

And your second shirt reminds me of the first time I went to NYC, in the fall of '09. We were using my iPhone maps for directions, but it was about a month before they added the walking and public transportation options, so it always assumed we were driving -- which meant it was giving us directions with one-way streets, etc. I have n idea how many times we started off, walking along with the directions, only to realize we were headed the wrong way :-P

Oh boy! I do love the walking/biking/transport options. Actually they're the ones I uses most of the time. *Very* handy!

I use them a good bit, too, but I mostly use any navigational stuff for longer car trips where I'm not 100% certain of all the "follow hwy xx till interstate yy, turn left onto..." etc. things! ;-) I call it "driving for dummies" b/c I no longer have to deal with trying to remember what the directions said when I printed them out from Mapquest ;-)

As a stranger in Madison, I find it very useful to find my way around. Definitely easier than printing and noting everything before hand (though I still do that when I travel)
