Heeeee my favorite show is back! And that feels soooo good!

WARNING: not really coherent thoughts, and maybe a little too extatic squees? Is that possible? I could wait for a rewatch, but I'm so happy I need to share my *feelings*.

So first I was sooo right. That first conversation between Peter and Mozzie, is (almost) what I wrote in my fic!! The only thing I got wrong was the time of the kidnapping. Well, and okay, they found the anklet quicker and Neal did escape... (Which I actually thought he might). But I still had it right that Mozzie would convince Peter that Neal didn't run because Neal wouldn't run without him and because they were planning to.
And Peter wasn't too hard to convince that Neal didn't run, and of course he went all in protective mode! (Because let's face it, Peter prefers greatly being Neal's white knight than being mad at him...)
Of course he didn't forget to be smart too. :-)
And hot.

Also, I was roughtly right about the 15 minutes to rescue Neal. :-) And Mozzie being the new Neal. ;-)

Oh Fat Charlie! I think Neal has found a new equal in creating characters on the spot...

LOL about the dummy! Seriously Mozzie was hilarious tonight.
The whole episode was great but the highlights have to be all the Peter - Mozzie scenes.
And that diner together awwww they've come so far since the beginning.

Neal was at the top of his game, silver tonguing his way out all the while magically fixing his hair.
The stunt was impressive (and well executed!)

Oh Rebecca "You chose Neal over your wife". Someone's a slasher...
But she still had a heart. I feel sad for her. And for Neal. Poor guy, yet another heartbreak. I feel like all those "borrowed time" talks are going to weight in the general arc. Not sure how I feel about it. I hope Neal will make the right choices.

And the baby news!! Just the idea of Peter with his own kid, awwww I'm melting. I'm also imagining the diaper talks with Diana... ;-) And Peter being adorably awkward about it all.
There has always been a big father/son vibe in the Peter-Neal relationship. Even El has been quite maternal to Neal. So it does seem pretty natural to me that they'd eventually have a kid.

I think that's mostly it. Told you it wouldn't be much coherent.

And one little anecdote before I leave. So, I was pleasantly alone in the lounge, watching my favorite show on the big screen, when suddenly, two girls walk in. I need to precise that the lounge is all made of glass walls - hey just like the WC office! (but with real knobs) - so whoever walks in the corridors sees what's going on in particular the TV. So those 2 girls walk in, right when Peter calls El. Really?! Couldn't it wait for the commercial break?! I am *not* available!
girls: hey, sorry...
me ready to kill them.
girls: is that the new season?! did the show come back this week?!
me: hum, yes, tonight.
girls: oh that is sooo awesome!
girls walk out visibly all happy.

There are fans of White Collar around here! So I forgive them.

I'm not the happiest person about Peter and El's baby, but considering how awesome the show's being right now, I'll permit it. And the show is being seriously awesome!

I loved this episode!! I love how Peter believes Mozzie - not at first, but he's not hard to convince, which feels realistic to me. I love how Peter plays along with Neal's plans and comes to the rescue too (and so cute, that line about why is it always heights). I loved the bits with Peter and Mozzie ("Don't use our surveillence devices on us, it's rude" - or words to that effect - totally cracked me up, lol!!) and yes, I'm happy about the baby!!

There was even a nice bit of angst for me too, with Rachel. I really hadn't seen that coming and, ow, poor Neal *hugs him* The writers have just stomped all over his heart again *more hugs for Neal* *bit of squeeing too 'cos I'm a meanie angst-bunny*

I'm intrigued to see where this all leads now - and also a little worried about what Neal's plans are. And all the talk about endings is a little worrying too - but hopefully it'll all work out fine.

Looking forward to next week's episode! :D :D

Ella if it's a girl, Danny if it's a boy. That is all.

ahahah yes Peter and Mozzie were awesome.
Mozzie was particularly awesome actually. Cracked me up each time he opened his mouth.
I do wonder if that bet with Jones is going to come back to haunt Jones...

yeah, it's hard to read Neal's state of mind right now. But at the same time, I'm confident that if anyone can find "another way" it's Neal. ;-)

El and Ella? Maybe a little too close.

It would still be El and Ella.

I completely agree, I especially loved Mozzie as Neal. And Peter naturally knew how to handle him, he has a lot of experience.

Yes!!
We don't realize *how much* we missed them until we saw them again. Life just seems a little more colorful with them. ♥

I also agree that the Peter & Mozzie scenes were the highlight of the episode! They've come SO FAR since the time when Mozzie wouldn't even meet with him to talk about Neal without passwords and code. The kitchen scene where they have dinner together was just great.

Actually everything about the episode was pretty much great. :) And Peter was adorable (and adorkable!) in it. (I am avoiding general fannish reactions to the episode, because I suspect he will be hated on for thinking Neal ran -- but it's totally understandable that he would think so, and at this point I feel like it's not possible for Peter to be good enough or loyal enough to satisfy the people who don't like him.)

And Ellen too! (Which was always kind of difficult for fic writing. :P)

actually I haven't seen anyone complain about Peter in that episode. I mean, for what he did during the episode. Because he's taking a hard one for loving his wife...
But yeah Peter has to assume Neal ran. But even in the first scene he was feeling something was off (the cash, Mozzie), and he wasn't too hard to convince. He didn't over react. I love his line about hoping and fearing he was kidnapped. (I did write that in my fic too! hee)

I'm glad Peter's not taking flak for it! Because, yeah, I thought his loyal-to-Neal side was very much on display in the episode, even though he's having to balance it with his professional side as well. It's a pretty serious promise he makes Neal at the end, and one that could quite possibly have professional consequences for him depending on what Neal does between now and then.

Very psychic of you! :D

"Neal was at the top of his game, silver tonguing his way out all the while magically fixing his hair." LOL!!!

I noticed that too.

I don't think I have ever seen Neal looked so scared before but it didn't take him long before he figured a way out. I loved it when he told BOOTS that Peter would find him. :)

Yes that's cute how sure Neal is that Peter will find him. (Even though he might have been over confident about it only to Boothe's benefit)
